Waukesha WI, November 13, 2014– Midwest Engineering Systems Inc., an innovative provider of premier custom machines and integrated systems has expanded its in-house machining capabilities by adding more equipment.
Midwest Engineering Systems moved into a larger 100,000 square foot corporate headquarters in October 2014. Within this new facility, a 20,000 square foot machine shop expands Midwest Engineering System’s in-house machining capabilities for large components for use in our customer’s systems.
The new machining equipment includes a boring bar system, and an additional CNC turning center. Two 800 AMP Buss Ducts have also been added to provide power to the 40,000 square foot high bay and an additional 20,000 square foot assembly floor.

The new facility, located at N238W1800 Rockwood Drive, Waukesha WI 53188, not only has an expanded machining capability, In addition, a new 10-ton crane for loading and unloading heaving equipment safe and easy.
The expanded in-house machine shop is a major benefit to the operations at Midwest Engineering Systems. Having greater machining capabilities increases the ability to produce larger components for systems like our heavy duty weld positioners.
