Whether it’s large wood panels, heavy glass panes, empty pallets, steel beams or any component too difficult for a single worker to handle efficiently, we have the robotic automation expertise to satisfy your process. The robotic systems can be equipped with custom-designed end effectors (EOATs) that handle many of the heaviest parts and, with the right grippers, parts with uneven surfaces. Robots can even be configured to place protective sheets between layers or individual parts as required.

Heavy material handling robots can carefully and effortlessly stack materials while following predetermined stack patterns or mount parts on various forms of racking or machinery. Additionally, materials handling robots can operate in dangerous environments where human workers would be at risk of injury.
